What makes my services unique?

Even though I have never received any legal training, it did not stop me successfully representing myself to fight for my status. That battle lasted for six years and eight months, through which I had accumulated abundant expertise on legal matters. My applications for permanent residence were rejected twice and both of the subsequent appeals were dismissed unlawfully. My third application was also rejected and subsequent appeal was dismissed by the the Judge of the First - tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum) (FtT-IA) But I myself flawlessly and sharply pointed out six errors of laws made by the Judge in dismissing my appeal. It enabled me to have an Upper Tribunal hearing, where I victoriously persuaded the Judge to stay my case till the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) made decision on another case, which was highly relevant to mine. Unfortunately the CJEU's determination on that case was not in my favour. I had to make the fourth application, which was also dismissed. But eventually I won my appeal after submitting a bundle containing nearly 600 pages of documents and having a hearing lasting for nearly four hours. Concurrently I myself brought my previous NHS employer to the Employment Tribunal and won an unfair dismissal claim. Most recently I have been acting as my own legal representative again to work on a professional negligence claim against a London based company, which claims to be one of the best  law firms in this country.

Sometimes not all the legal matters need to be resolved through court proceedings. Most often it all depends on the nature of your case, what you would like to achieve and what can be achieved realistically.

In addition to self dealing with legal proceedings I successfully made complaints to a major NHS hospital based in London, FtT - IA, a local council, Metro Bank, Royal Mail and Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) on the ground of the poor and unprofessional services provided. All the fees incurred were fully recovered and I also received a reasonable amount of compensation.

One might be curious about what enables me to cope with the excessive amount of stress and pressure induced by the legal battles. A diverse range of resources definitely places me in a better position to care for myself more effectively, including expertise on health, psychologyand an impressive set of skills in art, cultures awareness and exercises et al. Please allow me to suggest you take a look at other services offered as extra tools and resources to empower yourself to begin to better protect your own rights.
